Affirmation Statements

Before you have sex you should prepare ahead a set of affirmations statements such as “I am looking forward to having pure fun in the bedroom” and “it does not matter what came before, all that matters is me and her enjoying the moment”.

These are known as affirmation statements. Some may think they are ridiculous but they are proven scientifically. If you repeat such positive statements to yourself on a regular basis e.g. every morning or every night, then they will improve your sex life thanks to the boost to your confidence and a greater self-belief that you can have nothing but pure unadulterated fun with your partner.

Masturbate Beforehand

Another good exercise is to masturbate before sex. The first ejaculation is usually the quickest but many men never make it to the second because they feel too tired to carry on.

Instead, you can masturbate before having sex. You could do it 30 minutes before or 2 hours before. The optimum time that will maximize the time it takes to reach your second ejaculation will differ for each man. The only way that you can discover it for yourself is to experiment.
