Premature Ejaculation Treatments – 3 Treatments To Help You Overcome Rapid Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation treatments can be found almost everywhere but which ones work and which ones do not. Are some permanent and others not? Which is the best? I’ll tell you in this article.

Getting To The Root Of The Problem

Before we look at the treatments, you need to consider the true cause of premature ejaculation because otherwise you won’t know what to aim for and will never cure your problem.

The ultimate cause of all premature ejaculation is anxiety in the bedroom. To cure PE, you need to get rid of this anxiety and therefore restore 100% confidence in your ability to perform.

Many treatments only work temporarily but they still have value because being able to go for longer while using them will in itself help to increase your long term confidence.

Delay Products

These are widely available in two forms: condoms and sprays.

Condoms contain benzocaine in their tip. You may have heard of popular brands such as Durex Performa/Performax or Trojan Extended Pleasure.

After rolling one on, the anesthetic starts to take effect and within 5 to 10 minutes you are ready for action. How much longer you can last depends on the person but expect something like 5 to 10 minutes extra play time.

Alternatively, a spray allows you to use as little or as much as you want. The active ingredient is usually lidocaine but sometimes prilocaine is used.

Herbal Products

These usually come in the form of an ointment/cream or a pill. It doesn’t really matter because there is no single herbal product for premature ejaculation that actually works! I strongly advise you to avoid these like the plague.

Kegels

Kegels is a type of exercise that can help men to prevent their ejaculation from occurring but in a way that your arousal remains elevated. This way, you can have multiple orgasms, one after each other, and with no need to rest between them. This is known as the “multiple male orgasm”.

To do kegels, you need to isolate the muscle you use when stopping the flow of urine mid-stream. You then need to work this muscle out and do approximately 50 to 100 repetitions per day. If you do this then within around 4 weeks you should have the strength and ability to also stop your ejaculation from exiting your body.
